The Victorian Legislative Council’s Legal and Social Issues Committee is examining the policies and services available for children affected by parental incarceration.
Rachael Hambleton says "being affected by parental incarceration will differ for everybody depending on whether or not it was one or both of their parents, if they were your primary caregiver, the length of their sentence, the nature of their sentence and the publicity that might have surrounded that sentence."
